Prior to forming the company, Sunspear’s management team worked together for one of Hawaii’s largest solar integrators, which had completed over 75MW of solar installations in Hawaii between 2004-2016. We strongly believe in the importance of Hawaii businesses being owned and managed locally and in providing jobs and career growth for local Hawaiians.

Our greater Sunspear Team represents over 70 local Hawaii residents across Oahu and Big Island. Many of our team members have over a decade of solar sales, engineering, or construction experience in Hawaii.
